I'm pretty confident that those big airy buds are heat stressed. When you harvest you'll find that you yielded a lot but it all lacks potency and flavor. If you don't think it's too hot and you don't change anything you might be chasing false problems for a long time. If you changed to an air cooled hood that should bring the canopy temps down enough to solve your problem.
