Why would my leaves be growing like this?

These seem to be growing weird and I dont know why. Maybe stress?

Hard to tell off that photo, looks like might be bugs.

Growing wierd meaning the "taco"'ing?

From those pics it looks more like physical damage.

Probably not nutrients.

Have they been close to the lights? Anything moving close over the tops?
Any other plants with similar issues?

And check for bugs, that is not my first guess but it is always a good idea when troubleshooting plant issues always look for bugs Thoroughly.
