1. go to lowes or HD
2. buy a 9$ accurite thermometer.
3. bring home and put in growing space.

whats your grow space? heated? heater near by?

regulate the heat. keep between 70-80.my newbies curled up once or twice due to higher heats in room and from the bulbs. put a fan blowing on the light if you dont have one going. t5 will still give off a decent heat close to the bulb. so if your plants are like 1-3" from the light, they may be doing that to conserve water due to heat. back light off a bit and get a fan on the light.

yeah after like 24hrs they chilled out along with more growth. keeping the light cool is the best. mine where doing it again few days ago cause my fan is mounted above the light and it was getting pretty warm underneath.

How big a pot?
How often do you water?
How much do you water?
Exactly, what are you feeding it and how much, how often?

Looks to me like to much N and over watered. That is ONLY a preliminary observation, till you answer my questions.

well like i said in my 1st post i haven't feed her i said i only watered her, the pot is 5 gallon, i watered her on the 4th i dont find it being overwatering i do think it could be too much N due to the soil being too hot, also its not how "often" i water it depends the weight of the pot i do the lift method when watering my plant i never guess to when i think she needs water the lift method is common with other growers too

ok so what would cause the leafs to curl inward?
too much nitrogen makes them curl inward, if it was major nitrogen toxicity your leaves would look like claws curled downward. In the picture you posted you can see the bottom leaves expressing too much N, and very slightly a few burnt tips. Id bet my bottom dollar its just because their is a lot of N in FFOF

I would flush the crap out of them and see if they get better. When I used FFOF like 4 years ago most of the kush strains I put in it would get nute burn right out the gate like that but they usually didn't get much worse, once they got a little bigger they were fine.

im kinda new to flushing last time i did it to my ak-47 plant it died so i really dont want do it untill i got it down an i dont want this plant to die any other ideas? ive been giving it plain ph water the old growth is what's the worse but the new growth is a much lighter green an when i say the new growth is green i dont mean the new shoots i mean the leafs arond the new shoots an there not dark like the old leafs too the leafs that been there since i picked it up from the club

Actually after looking at your pictures again I would say theyre looking good, the leaves near the bottom are probably just to damaged to come back but the rest of the leaves on the plant look great, and I don't see any purpling of the stem anywhere, id say you have nothing to worry about.
