Okay - been away for awhile, but thought i'd visit and post some new pics of my latest grow. Enjoy the pics - this is my White Russian the day after switching the lights over to 12/12. I've also got an Automatic-Fruit (Dinafem) just germed and started about a week ago - she'll go into the tent with the White Russian as soon as she's strong enough for the big light..

EDIT: FYI - this plant spent about 6-7 weeks in veg, 2 months since germination in the middle of October. I had a Cheesequake reg in a second waterfarm with this one and it turned out to be male...

Strain: White Russian (fem) from Serious Seeds
Medium: 2 gal Waterfarm w/ hydroton (DWC/Drip system)
Lights: 2x 600w HPS cooltubes
Location: Indoor, tent
Nutrient: FloraNova only 300-800ppm during veg, 900-1100 during flower, Cal-Mag, H2O2

3 days into flower as of today, Wed. December 19th

Quesiton... do you have your cooltubes in a row like this -- or one right next to the other like this =? I ask because I have one 600 W right now and want another, and have 2 tubes ready to be made into a neat double fixture I'm just not sure how to lay it out

I've got the cooltubes next to each other like in your first example there, connected using flexible ducting. The ducting allows me to have them at different heights according to what each plant needs. The carbon filters draws in the odor and air from inside the tent and pushes it across the lights through the ducting and up through the top of the tent. Thanks for visiting! I'll hopefully have some more pics up soon... the auto Grapefruit is now in the tent with the WR...

Looking good my man. I'm just glad you are growing from the original breeder serious seeds instead of the knockoff version off greenhouse seeds Kalashnikova. Dam copy cats. But then weight is that aluminum foil underneath your plant?

Thanks sky rocket - yeah these are the classic genetics! I'd like to grow out SS's AK-47 sometime as well. The smaller plant in the waterfarm with the foil is a Dinafem Automatic Fruit. The foil is used to keep the light from creating algae buildup on the top layer of hydroton - it works quite well. Once the plant is big enough to shadow the top of the waterfarm completely, I remove it.

Hey Ron - how does the Grapefruit Auto taste/smoke?

Here's another picture update - we're at the end of week 4 of flowering. Enjoy the pics! Sorry for the yellow from my HPS - hopefully I can get some pics next time before lights-on time. Stay posted for more pics in about 2 weeks time..

Awesome looking grow man, i just finished up White Russian and i am reveging a clone right now so i can do it again x3, i loved that White Russian and i am sure you will to it is a powerful smoke and the yield was pretty good, im a noob and i got 3 oz off of one plant sharing space with a second under a 400 watt hps i think i had a deficiency though, either way it looks like yours is gonna be a monster compaired to mine yours looks like mine did at 8 weeks lol.

very nice, been following along for a few weeks now. ive been screening some white russian and ak(9 week plus pheno to stay with the WR). both strains ive grown before. they are 5 days in flower and almost filled a 48x36 inch screen. if youre interested in the ak, i say go for it. Great sativa high, for a shorter flowering strain. Im not a kush type of dude, so may be a little less intense if the couch is what you are seeking. its my favorite work weed. the white russian is the night time smoke. Post more often, your grow looks great!

Subbed ofc! The WR is an amazing plant, quite resilient and a good yielder. I haven't tried scrogging one yet (the got one in the oven) but as a strain seems that it's got a lot of flexibility, could be from the white widow? (Never tried growing an AK47 so can't talk about that).

Thanks for the comments guys - sorry I don't post as much anymore, things are busy 'round here...

We're now at the end of week 5 of flowering for both of these plants. The auto is 5 weeks from seed...! Enjoy the pics!
