will 13 Watt fluoroscent light bubs grow baby sprouts?

Should't be a problem. Not a lot of light needed for sprouting if any. I had all my normal garden plants sprout in the dark. Forgot to turn on the light.

IT WILL WORK! BUT YOU GOtaA GT MORE Light on EM SOON! You can not gown a plant that is under a 13 watt light@ itll never work. its a lie cause the incandsecent lumens for a 100 watt light are 1100. thats not ENOUGH for a WHOLE plant!
