Will a 300w led fry my seedlings??

Started to pop up out the soil last night, I have them under a 300w led at around 26-27 inches, will the led fry the seedlings?

Nah.

Should be fine, just check them every once in a while I use a 100w LED for my seedlings and they love it.

I'd pull it back to at least 3 feet.... 90 watts of LED fried mine at 24 inches....better yet, get a t5 or cool white cfl... they really don't need more than that for the first few weeks

I run most of mine under 120w or 200w actual output LED's at about 24"-30", this batch is under the 120w with 5 strains including one clone and they're doing fine, certainly no burn. I think you have to consider the light distance and environment together, too hot and low humidity you probably will burn them unless you go higher. These are running at 78F/65% RH and liking it @26" right now.

I once sprouted seeds under a thousand watt hps. .
