Will growing an F1 hybrid give me a better chance for what I want?

I want a bubblegum that really taste like bubblegum. This site I usually order from(420-seeds) says their bubblegum is an F1 hybrid that truely taste like bubblegum. So, does this mean the plants will have a better chance of having those characteristics that I want?

P.S. I grew out some F1 Red Shiva from this site and they all grew super fast and healthy. Was this b/c they are F1 hybrids??

if you want to grow bubblegum then serious seeds has the original. but if you just looking for a strain that tastes like bubblegum wait and this thread might help.
