will hydroponics work with nutrient less soil and liquid miracle grow 12-4-8 as plant food?

how often and how long should i water my plants daily with the liquid plant food in the resevoir?

its a 0.5gal/hr top drip type of hydroponics.

It will work, but its not hydroponics.

Any time you grow in soil, you are not using hydropincs.

thanks friends for the help!

ive decided to go hydroponics all the way but i need suggestions on nutrients..

i would like to know which nutrients i should provide throughtout the life span of a plant.

i know each growth stage requires a majority of the three main nutrients but i have no idea what to feed it and when

suggestions from experienced growers would be appreciated.

Try General Hydroponics 3 part nutes (GH3 nutes) you can get it at your local hydro store.

GH3 will go all the way through both stages of growing, you just adjust the amount of each of the three different types amounts for each stage of growth.

When you get it at the hydro store, make sure they give you a feeding schedule for it.

I used plant spikes when I used to grow outside. And the blue shit you mix in water. I grew some 5 footers.

Harsh taste though. I tried it on my hydro tank and over nuted my babies almost killed them. So I use AN now.
