i have a co worker who has been rude to me since I started there. nice to everyone but me. goes out of her way not to say hi and good bye, if she's picking up lunch she'll ask everyone but me, ect. you get the idea. this all stems from a rediculous petty situation of me cutting out patterns b/c the boss told me to instead of her. come to find out that she carries a gun at work!! she has a concealed weapons permit and she keeps it under her boob, apparently she showed the boss today b/c he was laughing about it after she left. well I feel like if I rub her the wrong way one day, bam there goes my brains all over the floor. isn't this fucked up or no?
 
most of us with concealed carry are much less likely to shoot someone like you, its more of a self defense thing, so as long as you dont make her afraid of serious bodily harm or death you should be fine. she could be itching to use that permit though so watch out. i am not so eager with mine, just grew up in a gun family
 
Either she has really big boobs or a really small gun.

That's a tough situation. I wouldn't want to piss off a woman with a gun either. It doesn't sound like she is threatening you so I would just ignore the bitch and look for another job. If the boss is appealing to her antics then it might be time to move on.

i'm sure a comprehensive background check was performed because this great nation knows that with tremendous rights come tremendous responsibilities, and we would NEVER allow any unstable type of person to just easily buy and carry a gun.

that would be simply unthinkable!

The thing that bothers me is you know she is CCW. Nobody should know but her. She even showed her boss. She brandished her weapon. You are not even allowed to "print" your weapon. She is dumb.
 
should i just call my boss before going to work tomorrow? i find it kind of troubling that he was laughing about her carrying a gun... he also knows that she does not like me b/c she brought it up to him when I wasn't there that she didn't appreciate him assigning work to me that should be hers. in the altercation she talks about I had asked her a few times if she wanted to take over and she said no, i asked if there is a problem and she said "im fine" and proceeded to sit there on the clock doing nothing when she could have easily continued cutting patterns freeing me up to do other pressing jobs, as I had explained to her in a calm assertive tone. since then she's been a total bitch to me.
 
count on it, there will be this dude with a tazer. white guy, slim fited clothes, blonde hair pony tail blue eyes. three cubical to your left will be a filing cabinet, break the lock when you see him coming, in this cabnit will be a silencer pistol. take the pistol and go to the stair well . make sure he follows you. once in the stairwell wait for him to reveal for mentioned tazer and put one in his chest, they will be trank darts. in his left front pocket jacket you will find a needle. this is what he would of used to kill you with. dont touch the needle without a cloth on your fingers.

just do your job and be very polite, but not overly. dont get into this with your boss, especially if you are the newer employee and they already have what seems to be a pretty buddy buddy relationship. put your time in and go home to look for better employment, you DONT need a boss like that.

Me I'd call the local police if I were seriously in fear of my life. Oh wait no I'd go get my Glock. Sorry.... But frankly who wants to have gunfight at work unless you are popo? Yeah let's call them...
