it would prob. work. BUT i will not it will be the same as 200w mh/ hps. most LED are not efficient enough to work an don't produce nearly the lumans vs. H.I.D.

the plant will live under it but you would need a fk ton of those to get any decent results at all. You need the ones with 1-3 watt led's in them. Not the weak little x-mas light type ones. You know a good led light, bc they are expensive. I messed around with cheap led's and found out they arent really any good except maybe for seedling/cuttings. The more expensive ones are worth while but your best bang for buck, will be a 400-1000 watt hps setup.

doesnt seem like its going to be putting out enough light to warrant the purchase in my opinion. i searched for a minute and couldnt find any place that showed how many lumens that specific light put out, but iam thinking 15w just wont be quite it, at least by itself. add one or 2 to your Op during flower, might boost ya, but as a solitary light, i would be highly skeptical.

Dont bother getting it cos they suck!! i've had the cheap LED lights and they are very poor like Mr Blazed said u need to spend alot of cash to get a good LED set up..get HPS for flower and a True 300watt CFL for veg.....

No, this will not work. This is only enough light to barely keep the plant growing. You need about 70W/sq.ft.

I agree with the assessment here. You need more light than that. You can make a great grow light for next to nothing using REGULAR CFL bulbs. I'm currently using 6 100 watt equivalent bulbs on 2 AK47 clones. Using a power strip, socket to plug adapters, and bulbs. Nothing else. All together it's cost me about $20. Remember, it's more about lumens than anything else. In my set up, 6 bulbs x 1750 lumens each = 10,500 lumens on 2 clones. To compare, my 400W HPS light in my flowering chamber puts out about 50,000 total and that's on 8 plants and it cost me $160. Try it out, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Here's the link to the socket plugs, you should consider it if you're on a budget and feeling forced to use the LED light.

CFL Bulbs either 6500K Spectrum or 2700K spectrum are $.99 each from my local Ace Hardware store. For 10,500 lumens (like mine) the total cost is $24.18 and you're cooking.
