it will but not very effectivley, you need to get the really good ones, the high velocity inline, i have one from growbright (htg sells them) and they work excellent, actually to well my 6 inch is to loud and i need to buy a speed controller for it

i calculated the area and its only 80 cubic feet.... do i still need such a powerful and expensive fan??

my friend dont waste your money on an expensive fan if your arent a professional grower with plenty of plants;-) to get rid of your humidity simply blow fresh air into the tent with your fan that you already have.. trust me on this it works...

no! i dnt want to get rid of my humidity lol i was scared my fan would suck it out!! lol

i want a powerful fan and yet i do. the main reason is smell. it will b the easiest and i think best way to remove the smell if i use a fan that can suck the air(smells) out into the ducts and push out window.

will anny duct fan i buy suck the air out? or is that only the high violocety ones??

Yes it will. The higher I have my fan on the lower my humidity goes, but I do live in a dry climate.

Humidity is in the air so as air is sucked out so is humidity. If the air outside of your grow room/grow area is equally as humid your humidity level will remain the same because fresh humid air will replace the humid air that was sucked out. If the air is only humid because of the plants and the air that replaces it is less humid you will then have less humid air around your plants.

ok. thats understandable... i can just but buckets of water in there to, or create a humid room lol

Now for the smell problem. will the small inline fan i posted earlier be enough to suck out the air AND SMELLS or will i ahve to get the high volocity one to take out the smels?
