Will my plant regrow???

I harvested this plant a year ago.... just recently i flipped over the pot to see if there were any roots.. and there were roots still growing.. does that mean my plant will bud..or what?? i have been watering it, i gave it some nutes, any suggestions? ? is there something out there that will ensure that my plant will grow back??

Is this a serious question or a joke?

i am sprouting new seeds... but i have heard that when your plant harvests a second time, the yield is much greater,... so i was just wandering

i think you have to leave the bottom branches ,by the size of the stalk you must of had a decent harvest
