Will my seeds germinate in 19-20degree temperature?

Hey,

I was wondering if my seeds will germinate in 19-20 degree Celsius? I'm using the paper towel method.

yeah mine did just fine. well. i guess its slower, but it works. mine may have actually been a LITTLE cooler...i had them immersed in water though

The heating is preset :-s so my roomm is around 19-20 degrees. I don't have any hotter. Though ifit doesn't germinate in 2 days ill finish my grow box early and leave them in it in a light proof container

My temps were the same when I tried to germ and it was to cold. I would put them on a vent in a plastic bag. Worked really fast.
