Will my soil be ok

so made a mix of soil yesterday and have to go to cali for 5 days. Will my soil be ok in a container with the lid on? I noticed alot of moisture just from yesterday when I opened the lid this am. I've been leaving the lid off most of the day. But won't be around to stir it for 5 days and wanna make sure it won't grow mold

If you're worried about it going anaerobic I'd be treating it while cooking with something like activated EM since those are the good anaerobic you would want anyhow and they would hopefully out compete anything nasty. Dunno, but I think that's one key advantage of using EM so maybe something to look into.
