Will my space heater red light disrupt my light schedule?

Well its fairly cold where I am at and I have to run space heater (the one with red spiral tubes)
and I have left it on for two days,will this little red light from a heater disrupt my 12/12 schedule?,they have just start showing white pistils few days ago and are not showing any balls

That is a good question. Red light?
I do not know, so I bought a space heater that doesn't glow. It was $17.
I had to put tape on the "on" light on top.

do you mean the light from the filament inside the heater or the little power on light? If you mean the filament i think it might because it is creating infrared radiation which in theory could be used for photosyntesis. my advice to be on the safe side would be to have the heater near whereever your air intake is, but oustside the grow tent/room/area. that way the air coming in is warmed up without running the risk of light exposure to plants.
