Will the seedling still grow after i......

took it out of the soil and held it in my hand for a minute or 2, i had to transplant the seedling into a larger pot, so i was wondering if the stress i put on it will make it stop growing the seedling was about 1 inch long, plz help im new to growing any tips is greatly appreciated.
