Hey mate I got my 400w hps with ballast for £90,www.blunt.co.uk or google esoteric hydroponics.Wouldntuse a flood light in your grow room,dodgy.
will these lights wrk???

They also give you a years guarantee its ce marked so you know its not a piece of crap too £90 is pretty good for what you get.The hps is a sylvania grolux.
