So if I make my own vermicompost the bugs will develop their? Or I still need to introduce them to the vermi?

You gotta bring the bugs to begin with. The BAS vermicompost has hypoaspis miles, rove beetles, and a some springtails. It also has some red wigglers cocoons or whatever in it.

Interesting. I put red wigglers in my soil but have never considered rove beetles or springtails. I’ll have to do some reading tonight. They're great I think, but don't forget about hypoaspis miles. They go searching, seeking and destroying the bugs we don't want.
I’ll be looking into both. I use Steinernema feltiae nematodes pretty regularly for my soil

You can get nematodes from EWC too. Make a tea and bubble for a couple days. You can see them swimming around if you look close.I’ll be looking into both. I use Steinernema feltiae nematodes pretty regularly for my soil

They seem to like a softer bubble action I think too.
You could top dress with EWC, but it helps to coax them out with a tea.

I am really happy because I am starting to feel comfortable an understand more of the jargon and everything is making more sense, I am watching a clakamas coots interview thats 2 hours an im enjoying it, I just get overwhelmed because im building up my shed for the grow, learning about organic soil, then got a nugsmasher xp for some pressing on some super trichomey buds i got for cheap. So its just a lot happening but once I get my shed built for my grow in this next week hopefully if all goes good an planned, I can focus on nothing but starting and maintaining the garden. Its my first grow too so I know ill mess up an that's ok im willing to learn.

Have you decided on a final soil recipe? The one you posted last is Coots mix and is a good place to start IMO
I’ve too dressed with ewc and used it in my compost tea. Maybe I don’t need to keep paying for nematodes !
By the way, I did my first no bag, no filter compost tea yesterday. Went off without a hitch, I just had to remove the wand head to keep it from clogging. The sediment that remained after went to top dress
I used 8 cups compost, 2 cups ewc, 2 cups frass, 2 cups guano and molasses. Brewed for 48 hours. My plants visibly perked up by the afternoon, so I guess they liked it!

Quick update , just a long process with moving but I am still gonna make a grow journal.
Also anyone got experience with buildasoil 3.0 oly mountain living organic soil? Was thinking of just buying that an then recharging it / innoculating it because its too long to wait for vermi compost an the whole process of building it from the start. So my idea is to buy that soil to just get started growing AND then start having my vermicompost an all the extra stuff for maintenance on the no till ready an sorted with the added benefit of having experience with the whe process. But again whats your thoughts on that mix. Seen a few videos an threads an seen nice buds in both quality an size but want to hear about it in 2020
