Will these work? before i go buy

Hey guys, have pretty crappy ventilation/heat problems in my closet, dimensions are about 1.2x.6x1.8 will this cool tube and fan combo make a huge diffrence? How loud would that fan be?

it's not gonna be quite, if its in another room,and its dead silent your gonna hear it. putting a carbon filter canister on the end will greatly reduce the sound, i see in your link you can get the combo filter/ blower thats the way i would go.. gl
