will this be enough

hey everyone i was wondering if a 150watt H.P.S light would be enough for 2 plants? i germinated some seed and have them going under the a t5 jumpstarter. Will the 150watt light get me through all the stages of growing? How far should a light like this be from the plants any help and advice would be great as this will be my first grow.

yes. more is almost always better, but you can do two under one 150.

Keep it around 14" away, and it'll cover about a 2' x 2' area, effectively. Any more area than that, and you'll want to add more light, or suffer the consequences.
