will this layout function properly

my first post.
I was directed to this site from a regular here. This will be my first grown and i haven't been this excited about something for a long time. Getting all the equipment together and trying to figure out the layout. I will be using a DWC with 6 - 5 gal pails to start with for the first grow. I have a 5x5 gorilla tent set up and need to find an efficient layout for my lights and venting. Please check out the diagrams and let me know what you think.


My thoughts are, if the air over the lights is in a closed circuit there should not be any smell and i could vent that heat into my house. (-24 this morning). Use a second fan to push the grow room air outside without as many turns in the ducting, therefore more efficient.

My biggest concern and requirement is that NO NO NO odor, vent into the house.

In my experience tents and no smell leaks is hard to accomplish


That said I would at least recommend pulling the air with the fan. Not pushing it.

Yup, you should move the fan so it pulls not push. I dont think you need a second fan if you are using a 6" already. And if you want to vent into your house, do so, but use a really big carbon filter and into a different room would be my advice. Or outside, of course, would be better.
