Will this light be ok?

Hey, this is my first grow. I want to do a stealth lowryder #2.

I will be growing it inside a large computer case, there is plenty of room in there. However, I really cant find any lights in the UK, and cannot order off the internet.

B&Q CFL Spiral 12W BC 4Pk, 521184

This is all I could find, could I POSSIBLY grow 1 plant off them, or maybe get two of them?
