Would this light work for veg?

Would this light produce proper blue spectrum to work? I'm not sure I understand what "Super Actinic Blue" is in color temp, and I'm also not sure what "Actinic Sun" (50% Daylight & 50% Actinic Blue is.

I know these are normally aquarium reef lights but I swear I read people using these for veg before..

Anyone got any info for me? Here's the link to the light.

I'm pretty sure they will work but why not just buy a T5? Those look expensive as hell!:shock:
 
This info is for someone else, i'm not using this crap!

It is 20000K too, to be used in veg on its own, no other lighting.
Most of those aquarium lights are VHO (Very High Output) fluorescents. They are expensive and not as efficient as T5's. I am not sure what you mean by 20000K. Are you referring to the color temp? If so I think you mean 2000k and that is too much red for vegging IMO. :weed:
