Will this work for a grow box???

Alright so the story goes, I was at a concert and saw this nifty lil Rockstar Drink Holder and decided to snag it up... Its been sittin in my closet for sometime now and Im wondering if I could turn it into a stealth grow box for a plant.... Dimensions are 33 1/2 INCHES HIGH WITH THE WHEELS OFF AND IS 16 1/2 INCHES ACROSS THE LID. THE INSIDE DEPTH IS 15 INCHES DEEP... I know if its suitable for any amount of plants it only be one...

1 plant, a couple cfl,s, proper ventilation. you can grow almost anywhere. let your imagination run wild.
