check out your other thread. you'll save $25 and get a lot more light if you go the shop light route mr drywall and i talk about. your lil grow light for 2 days will probably be fine but get the shop lights as soon as you can.

PS: I think those grow lights are 2700k - it should say somewhere in fine print on the packaging. 2700k is decent for temporary but for vegging you really want 6500k so go get those shop lights and some 6500k t8s for them.

6500k fluros or MH - HID for Vegging
2700k fluros or HPS - HID for Flowering

are you using the hps to flower another grow right now? or is that it in the pics hanging over the plants? cuz hands down that would be your best bet..

+rep to all!
thanks you guys all so much! +REP to drryal, ixoye u guys are awesome I really appreciate all your help. I went from killing my plants, now they are looking lovely . Im going to home depot tomorrow, I live in an apartment so I might not want the 4FT lol unless I can cover them while walking through the comlex. we'll see im buying something bad ass today either from there or the hydro shop, the hydro shop had this 4ft t5 set up for $120 I might get that!. As for watering I put 600ml in the first three days. 200ml each day times three day = 600ml . the water never ran down the plate at the bottom of the pot. its still kinda moist when I put my finger 3 inches in. Im going to let it dry up and keep a good eye when it dries. Should I then pour reg water ph 6.5 until the whole pot gets wet and let it run down the drain holes of the pot? then let it full dry and repeat the process?? thank you guys!~

I had the hps on, got super hot in there 85 degrees, turn my ac on so it went down to 80 degrees the clones didnt like it lol, they starterd dying , to much heat im guessing. the light was atleast 3 feet away. now that i just run that little grow light they are looking awesome. so im going to invest in a t5 or t8 today I wonder if they sell t5's at home depot cuz $120 for a 4ft t5 is crazy at the hydro shop

don't buy on impulse. shop around and plan, you can have a very successful grow if you do it right...... ps: those plants are gonna stink... get some ona, glide scented plugins, everything.

keep OZIUM spray around. give it a nice wish if somebody knocks... that spray works magic on odors......

how do you plann on dealing with the heat in flower though if you cant control it now with smaller plants? in truth though 85 degrees is not super hot, you can wait till they get a bit bigger if you want, but you really should take advantage that hps will give you. Do you have a bulb with added blue spectrum? if not you should get one imo. they make a big difference because chloroplasts interact with red and blue wavelengths for photosynthesis, thing is that they dont have one type that absorbs both, they have onetype that interacts with red wavelength and one type that interacts with blue wavelength. if your not giving a mixed spectrum your wasting all those chloroplasts that only absorb the opposite of the color your using.
