Wilting after moving indoors.

Plant was doing really good outside on deck, but was growing above deck. Cop lives next door, so moved it to garage. Using compact fluorescent bulb and was watering daily. Was leaving light on for 12 hours off 12 hours. Started to really grow and seed. Yesterday was gone all day, so light was only left on for 6 hours. This morning went to turn on light and it looked like this... Help. This was my first try, up until now I had just thrown some seeds in a plant pot and watered. I am not sure if my pictures are going to show up, I am really a newbie!!

Thanks

stop watering it daily. Its not in the sun anymore so it takes longer for the soil to dry out. You want the soil to be dry before you water again. Stick your finger in the soil to see if its dry. You will also need more than one cfl.try putting the pic up again.

Yes, it is really wet. I move it back outdoors, which is where the pic was taken so that it would dry out quicker. Hope that is the problem.

It probably is. I just had a similar problem. I left them outside and it rained a lot. I brought them inside and put a fan on them. Unfortunately i cant put them back outside because its still raining. Im hoping the fan will dry it out before it gets root rot. I would just keep them it in the sun and maybe put a fan on it also. Try to get the dirt dry.

Thanks!! I have had to move it under screened canopy, because I have to leave house and it is going to rain today. It is 91 degrees with a really good wind blowing, but I also, put a fan outside and put some dryer soil throughout, without disturbing roots. Usually, I throw seeds in a pot on deck, water, and they never go anywhere, because I really don't know what I am doing. This time, I watered, transplanted to bigger pot and I really excited that I got this far. If it dies...boohoo! Person I was getting it from for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, hasn't been able to get any and I thought I would have some in a couple months.

Thanks,
