Wilting seedlings: Help!

This is my first time growing and this is also my first time posting on here so yeah. Well I have my seedlings growing under two long florescent shop bulbs with a ballast because I am attempting to grow outside and I read that you should keep them inside until they are strong enough for the outdoors. I have them planted in Fox Farms Ocean Forest potting soil so I don't think it's the soil that's making them wilt.

dude that soil is to hot for seedlings whats your temps you should have started with some seed starter mix

i like to use some peat but any seed starting mix really you dont want anything with nutes in it

I think it slows them down a bit though, especially without added perlite. Also, you need a pot that isn't see through. You don't want light getting to the roots.

I have been spraying the seedlings with water every few hours because I have a heater going since I'm in a basement and it dries out pretty quickly

never said he couldnt just saying i dont like to and spidermite once you can get more than a 6 gram harvest you can give people advice till then just dont post noone needs to hear shit from you when you dont even know what your doing

your temps are fine do you let the soil dry befor you water if so thats not the problem so lets see what spidermite has to say

It's 4 or 5 days old and since I posted the picture, it drooped all the way to the soil. Just to make sure I'm doing this correctly, I have 4 seeds in the soil right now with pots that aren't clear and they have plastic wrap around them with the lights on. Is this wrong?

When was the last watering your soil looks dry (possible explantion for the wilt) as a FFOF user I know when it's ready for watering Jman is use to miracle grow so he doesn't know. No your not doing anything wrong with those other four Other plantS people like to put plastic wrap in order to keep the soil humidity high but I don't like the fact your using clear cups as this can leave much light exposure for the roots which may be a cause of the wilt.

Well I changed the pots now so that shouldn't be a problem anymore. I have some small clay pots that I just put them in. I last watered it before I went to bed last night. The seedling was strong and healthy before I went to bed but when I woke up, it was wilted.
