Wilting seedlings: Help!

This can be due to the transplant or just a Common over/under watering problem something I have noticed about FFOF is that there are sometimes dry spots after watering so check about a 1/2 inch under the soil and make sure everything is moist and damp.

Okay, thanks for the help guys. Just to make sure, so I have 4 seeds like an inch beneath the soil with some loose soil covering it and I have plastic wrap on the top and the lights going 24hrs a day. Then after about a week, I'm going to start introducing them to outside
