wine fridge drying

So i've been reading through posts, and saw some of you guys, use fridges/freezers to dry.
i came with this https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07CNL2HFP/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2J1ZXSJG29176&psc=1 wine fridge here, asking if it's any good for slow dry, currently i have no other place to dry it, as for the smell.

btw, current drying box that i pluged to exctractor fan, has 64-70rh and 24.5-28C (78-82F) that's for empty space (40L-10g) with a mini fan inside of it, i haven't dried anything yet there, but i suppose nothing good will come out of that.

Did u try the fridge dry ?
