Wiring Fans

Hey I need some help if anyone out there is good with wiring or anything like that.

Is there anyway that I could wire these fans up to anything that plugs into a wall? I've heard about it being done with cell phone chargers and such

you can use Upto 15v on a pc fan the 15v is more speed for the fan and is still safe to use but if you want to use more fans like you atm you using 2x12v fans so you need 24v to power them so use a multi volt power plug preferable for them 2 use a 15v as the 12v is split into 6vlt for 1 fan 6vlt for the other fan so with the 15vlt you will have 7 1.2vlt per fan

I'd cut that plastic piece off then wire the + with +, and - with -.

A wall adapter with an output of 12v and 2A (2000ma) is what I use to power two 160mm fans, just make sure the combined "ma" rating for your fans is lower than the output of your plug, and that the plug has an output of 12v hth.

I also use a Garmin GPS Charger to power two 120mm (intake) fans

Great product made to cool audio/video cabinets, made by SilenX, costs around $35 from Tigerdirect. Also has a molex connector if you'd like to hook it to a PC. Four individual fan speed controllers are nice when dialing in for negative pressure in your grow area. Hope this helps!
