Wk. 3 flower - outdoor (1st time grow) - few Q's

At the moment the plant is about week 3 into flowering outdoors, give or take - located in southern hemisphere

It seems to be doing alright but have a few q's as it's my first time growing :


- the bottom yellow fan leaf seem normal for Wk 3 into flowering? I have a few other original fan leaves going a bit similar at the bottom as well - also should get rid of them now, wait a bit till completely yellow/brown to discard, or leave them alone?

- not expecting a huge yield (at most 1/2 to Oz) but is the plant looking on track for ~ Wk 3 flower? Not sure if a bit under-developed as it only gets about 9.5-10hrs complete sun where it's located on the property.


I'm anticipating end of march (~ 4-5wks) it should be ready to pull. I'll wait for pistols to be matured / brown and trichomes to be cloudy and 20% amber.

Also it ideal to pull on a clear sunny day for optimal resin production, or negligible difference?

Appreciate it guys, not long to go, so I don't want to f'ck this up

Also a housemate did the mowing this morning and got filaments over the plant, he forgot to move it.. Used a spray bottle of water and a toothpick for a good hour before happy with it.. Ah, man. Fun times.

It looks great. I wouldn’t be worried at all. As for the yellow leaves they are normal and I don’t bother em till they nearly fall off when touched. As for finishing, remember to flush thoroughly. Some people remove fans before the end some people don’t. Your doing fine! No worries. Here’s a pic of my girl n she’s 5 weeks in. But as u can see, she has yellow leaves as well.
