You bought 12 of those LED lights? I don't want to sound like I'm rubbing salt in the wound, but they're probably going to be veg lights. Perhaps side/supplemental light in flower.
You need to swap 6 of them out with better LED. You could pick up some
inexpensive $90 HPS. But, you say you don't have the height now. Or, add Cree LED lightbulbs. Something to get better spectrum to the plants.
