I don't feel we would get faced with the things we do, if we already didn't have what it takes to overcome it. Just find your North Star and always walk towards it. One day you will reach your destination.

physically theres a lot wrong with me, scarred muscle tissue between 4 vertebrae from a spinal injury when inflamed causes an aggrivated sciatic nerve and muscle spasms, 2 times dislocated right shoulder that pops all the way around the cuff, carple tunnel that results in trigger finger (fingers locking and getting stuck in the bent position). smoking helps with the majority of these because they are inflamation based but when I can't smoke I usually just try and tough it out though sometimes I am forced to take naproxyn.

mentally when I was younger i had depression, anxiety, severe suicidal thoughts and anger issues all of which resolved themselves over time as I improved my situation and matured. pot helped as a crutch back then
