Worms on my fan leaves

Help!!! First time grower and i found these guys on my babies!!!! Im freaking out!!!!! Is this good? Bad? How do i get rid of it? Help!!!

I'm still not sure what bugs were bothering my plants a week or so ago, but had tiny tiny worms and the tiny black dots with small parts of the leaves chewed up...figured thrips.
I did see 1 moth looking thing fly off 1 plant and without thinking I mushed it before I got to take a good look at what it was, but it made me look close at the plants and thats when I saw the damage I listed above.

Definitely leaning on leaf miners. Thrips usually go after an entire leaf/multiple leafs on the plant. Fast and destructive. The pic you showed was one blade of a leaf and showed clear evidence of mining. Good thing you caught and snipped quick. This is not good btw. Leaf miners larvae burrow in the leaf and eat up to 15 days. Most incesticides won't touch them because their protected by the leaf.

I would treat with neem oil if you have it and especially treat the soil. I've had good success with diatomaceous earth.
 
I dont see the typical leaf miner pattern.... but either way, they need to be "treated". Neem oil diatomaceous earth, whatever.... they need it.

Thanks for the reply! I also found this leaf near the infected leaf! It looks like its eggs! I sprayed mine with some plant therapy! Hope my plant recovers!

Google moth eggs and you will see the similarity.
Don't recall moth larvae leaving black dots. Black dots on the leaves are usually caused by thrips a common cannabis pest so it could be moth eggs and larvae and might also be thrips.
Here are the different stages of thrips, the larvae can be seen on the underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass.
Both of these pests can be dealt with using spinosad or neem oil.
Hope you are in veg, better to deal with it in veg before going into flower.
