Worried about seedling leaf! Help please!

These girls are about a week old, but one of them is only growing half its leaf. It’s been like this from the beginning beside that it’s actually growing the fastest. Should I be worried? Is it a mutation? Fem GG#4 btw

got it my last seedling but the plant went well. the seed shell was choking one of the leaves and the plant grew without the first leaves on one side but came to be ok after 2 weeks
