worried

was wondering if anyone knew what strain this might be. next time i grow i will try to make sure i know what kind it is. lol

I just call her "Betsy". :)

she's small very bright vivid green, starting to get purple-ish freckles along her stems and on some of her bigger leaves. she has a rich skunky aroma mainly at the top right now. very sturdy trunk.

also she's starting to get brown tips i'm not sure how to fix that and i don't want to use any chemicals on her. would like to keep her as organic as possible. any suggestions on certain composts that could be used or anything like that?

Ok thanks for having a website like this it's very useful.

any help is appreciated.

i get all my seeds from my friends they just give them to me so i have no idea what any of them are. i was looking at a diagnosis guide on here and i still can't figure out why her tips are turning toasty tan..

but thanks dude
do you think it might be a little bit longer before anyone can identify her strain .... say like when she starts budding?

It's almost impossible to identify a strain just by looking at a plant. The best you can do is see if it is indica or sativa dominant by leaf structure and growth traits. Looks a little nitrogen deficient if you want to go organic then a quick fix would be fish emulsion or some bat guano.

Looks quite a bit over watered as well. Let that soil dry out more before the next water.

unfornutatly no holes in the pot. but i'll cut out the watering for a bit...

i found some fish oil 1000 mg softgels ... its pure fish oil in a caplet. if i pop a hole in it and squeeze it on to the soil would that work?

thank you

Yep you need drainage or your plant will die bro. Not sure about the fish pills they are not really made for plants I would just pick something up from the garden store.

workin on a way to get some of the water out i have rocks at the bottom so it's not like she's sitting in the water she's right above it and her roots grew down into the water part.

as of right now she has four holes going straight downto the water along the side of the glass. maybe if will evaporate some. trying to find some tubing if at all possible to get some of it out. :hump:

Water needs to drain out the bottom of the pot to allow the roots enough oxygen. The action of the water draining also pulls out any excess salts from the soil so you need a pot with good drainage.

Re-pot it a non-clear container with drainage when you get the chance clear containers also encourage algae growth

Why are you feeding it vitamins meant for humans? Not to sound rude, but will that actually work?

Get a better pot. Make sure it has holes in the bottom for drainage. Also add some perlite when you transplant.

Hank.
