Worth the upgrade? 2x4x5 to 3x3x7

l live in a condo and bought an online kit a while back. Of course I didn't do enough hw and the kit came with the 2x4x5. I have a 600w hps and a 3x2x3 prop tent with 4xt5 ho's.
My first grow was 5 autos and I knew I would have height problems later on.
It's later on.
I'm on grow #2 and the lack of headroom is evident. I don't have a problem at the moment as I topped early (4th node) and often and vegged for 34 days from seed. They were about 8" going into flower and the stretchiest stretched 3x.
So I have 3 plants in there in #3 pots. I recently added tomato cages.

Soooo... Is it worth it to upgrade to the larger configuration for quality and yield, taking advantage of longer veg times? Can I fit 4x #3's in there?

longer veg time will get you higher yields. I top once and veg for 42 days from seed so my plants are 12 inches tall when they go into flowering.

if you want to get rid of that tent message me. Got a buddy looking for a veg tent. Probably work perfect.
