wot best light for a closet?

i started of with the tube buls wich give of a white with tiny tint of blue light of for veg part then i moved them onto the 4kv light im now worrying that this is just too much gives of a lot of heat and is hard to keep it down when there in a cuboard wot lights do you think would be best and where best place too get them from ? here are some pics normally light has been lot lower but my fan broke yesterday and has to higher it because of heat reasons and yes i know i shouldent have taken all them fan leaves off sorry also if it is neither light should be in there wot one should i have in there temp untill i get my new one??

i do have an extractor in there it is up next to the light i was blowing a fan across the light so the airflow went across the light and out the extractor
i am a newbie isnt the one in there hps? also wot is a cool box how do i cool the bulb? and please explain sog and scrog is that a shelved setup ? thank you for your input!
