woukd it be okay if i start flowerin wit 6500k

i have two hindu kush plants and i want to if is okay to star flowering with 6500k and would it be high quality ? i a first time grower need some advice please help

Yah it'll work. but if you can get 1 of the 45 watt warm cfls from walmart and add it it will add the specrum you need even if only a little.

you can flower with just about any kind of light when it is 12/12 people perfer to use 2,700k but it is possible to flower with 6,5ook

yeah..like above stated...you can flower with those...i started with the 6500k to sex mine and i started to replace 1 bulb at a time with the 2700k 42 watts...so far so good!...the buds or coming in nicely.....i would switch to the 2700k's at some point...it will give you bigger denser buds
