Would 300w of HPS (150w x 2) in a closet be enough to crossbreed strains for seeds?

I would like to begin making my own seeds, but I'm not sure if only 300w in a space of 5x2 would be sufficient to produce viable seeds?

yes u can do it with cfls hps is mo better
