would a 250watt HPS be good for 3 plants?

i was just curious about this. I wanted to grow at least 2-3 plants at a time. And I plan on gettin most of this stuff once im outa my house and im gunna put in the closet in my room, heres a list of what im usin.

250watt HPS (can i use this through the hole grow if i use some daylight CFL's with it?)

Nutrients

Fox Farm- TigerBloom
Fox Farm- GrowBig
Hormex- Rooting Concentrait

Then i was just goin to use some fans to keep humidity and temp at a decent lvl, and to get tough stems

Idk if i should keep the closet Flat white? or cover it in Mylar?

idk what strain im gunna get, but any suggestions for my frist grow would be bomb.

You don't need any cfl's if you have a 250 hps. yes, you can use it through the whole grow. I wouldn't go anymore than 3 plants though, otherwise get a 400w. keep the closet white, it'll save you some money. i've had mylar and it isn't worth it IMO.
for your first strain if you've never done it before, i would suggest bagseed. once you figure it out, go with some g13-haze or Herijuana. those are the best of the best.

Sounds great to me man. I'd ditch the hormex. It isn't the best.
Superthrive is much better, or at least I've found it is.

Flat white works pretty good :) Just dont use foil...

I have a few 150 watt hps lights and i like to use a cfl alongside it....they work good as side lighting for buds too...
I also use the cfl's for the first week and half or two.

I'd also reccomend fox farms ocean forest soil and about 15 to 20 percent perlite.
I used a starter mix of nutes that used fox farms grow big and superthrive for the first 2 weeks....
search youtube for gro4me, they give details on how to do mix it
I dilute mine a little more, you can use the same amount of superthrive, but the grow big is just a slight slight amount. about 1/6th of a capfull per gallon.

thats better lol. Thanks for the info ill keep that in mind, and nice to kno that i dont need to spend more for more lighting =P.

where can i get ahold of some superthrive? and how much

ehh its around on google, but i found it at my local nursery store in the fertilzer area :)
just ask them, if they know their store they will tell you if they have it or where does have it.
my hydroshop in town also has it.
i bought a small thing of it for 6 bux i think...maybe 8
well worth it for sure

i would get rid of the fox farm nutes and go with blue mountian organics, find them on e-bay(BMO)and get rid of the hormex to and replace that with thrive alive B-1 in green bottle, its even natural organic
and i would use mylar
and thats what i use 250 hps hydrofarm..
