I grow exclusively in 1 gallon pots, but I grow in 100% coco.

I have Fox farm ocean forest I was planning on doing a coco mix with FFOF rooting powder pest control and perlite... is that ideal for 1 gallon pots? Or how should I do it

Because now there in small gardening cups with miracle grow but there getting bigger so I want to put in better soil

Depends, it can be done and many do it. Just don't veg too long.

If fabric you have a lot more room for error. If not it can still be done but I'd switch to flower before they get too big.

I have fabric but there kind of wide I was going to use conventional should I go fabric

I would for sure. You'll have to water more often buts its worth it.
