Would a seed germinate in Gatorade/Brondo

So I was just watching Idiocracy and this thought came to mind? Can I germinate a seed in Gatorade/Powerade Just wondering if it would work? Who thinks it will work? I was at my friends dry warehouse where his recent crop was pollinated by accident outdoors

. I’m sad for him cuz it was about a half of acre. So being that is Halloween he gave me a bunch of seeds for “trick or treat” and I am going to try to germinate one tonight for the hell of it.

it might pop, but it wont germinate if left in the stuff, it will just kill it

I’m gonna try leaving one in a paper towel with Gatorade and try one just dunked in Gatorade till I see a tail/ if I see a tail then transfer

crime against nature, that one or two seeds could be the best phenos in the bunch of seeds. just use water and grow them

I got a hand full of seeds that I’ll never be able to get 2 in time anyways. So I figure why not. But knowing me your probably right, That one would be The best pheno knowing my luck

LOL, perhaps not Gatorade but you might try Brawndo, it has electrolytes which plants crave.

I'd say yes but no.

The drinks have too much salt. So the bean might pop but it would die pretty quickly due to salt OD.

You could always find someone less fortunate than you here on RIU and give them to someone to grow. Just a thought if you just want to get rid of some since you will never grow them. Find someone in your country and than the cost of a couple stamps will make you their hero.
