Would like some help budding please

Hello peoples I have had these plants growing for some time now first under 400 HPS LAST 3 DAYS UNDER 1000 HPS
Problem I have is they seem to be flowering but I dunno if they actually are any advice info would be greatly appreciated .

Well it only looks like the leafs are doing bad, bud looks fine, just gotta make sure it finishes and harvest the sucker :D

Yes I have to agree that your plant looks very unhealthy.
It looks almost like it has a mold problem
What is the humidity like in the growing area?
How much has you watered these plants????

I water about evry three days I have a tool that I place into soil and it tells me if soil is moist,wet or dry as for room tempt it fluctuates between 22-29 degrees
If it is mold how do I treat??

I really am not too sure.
but I am sure someone here will know.
The only time I have ever had that problem was when I cut some of my plants and put them in garbage bags.

I know I know. DUHH!!! It was a very long time ago. :| and people have recently told me that I could have rid the mould problem.

The flowers do look healthy so I do think it can get better.

You haven't mentioned any time cycle ?? I must say that they are pretty ratty looking......but you've obviously got buds, mission 1 accomplished.....for me (I don't do inside yet) they look overheated...IMO........
