Hello I am currently brand new to this site and this is my first post so I do apologize if I should have posted this somewhere else on the site >.<
But currently I am doing a mini indoor grow and I was wondering if anyone on here could give me some pointers/tips/Info to help me out please and thank you.
This is my very first indoor that I have ever done and I am day 54 into flowering the strain type is just normal ordinary old bud weed, The reason I went with this type is because like I said this is my very first indoor grow so I obviously wanted to start at the bottom and grow something that is not as high maintenance as others.
Also I decided since it was my first time doing an indoor grow that I would put them in a solo cup from start to finish and the reason I did that was because I wanted to start off with 2 practice plants that would only get a certain height in the solo cups so that way they wouldn't get out of hand to something I could not keep up with and handle haha. After I harvest these 2 I am going to start a SOG and do 20 this time because seeing as they only get about 1-2 feet tall max in a solo cup they won't be too hard to handle, Here are some pictures of my current progress Like I said this is my first indoor grow so don't laugh too much lmao, The first two pictures are of my one with the smaller cola, And the other two pictures are of the one that has the longest cola haha. I apologize in advance for the horrible picture quality, Later on today I will be uploading some better and crystal clear pictures of them they both have lots of crystal on them and the hairs are going red/orange. Also I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on when I can harvest these ?? I know a lot of you are going to tell me to put a sample of the trichomes under a x40-x60 magnifying glass but I do not have access to one so are there any other ways of telling that they are ready to be harvested by any chance ??
--Edit Forgot to write what type of lights I'm using haha, But I am growing them with CFL's and I am using 4 13 watt bulbs, 2 23 watt bulbs, and 1 20 watt bulb.
