get a plant pot, chuck some coco in it, chuck a plant in it, water with nutrients as per manufacturers feeding schedule, really is that simple with coco

edit: if you are using rootriots/plugs etc you can jus put this in the pot and cover with coco

Also when i rinse and soak the coco should i add any nutes to it? like adding nutes while they are soaking... or wait until the cotyledons have fallen off?

I don't rinse my botanicare coco and I've had no problems really but it might be a good idea. I love the shit. You should look up the coco growers unite thread it has some badass info about coco

You don't need to mix in nutrients when you transplant or plant into it but id suggest mixing in some mychorrize for great results.
