some people keep them on 24 hr some 18/6 would the light going on durring the 6 off cause hermies??
would the lights going on durring VEG night time be bad?

I do 18/6 to give the plants some..."down time" so they can rest.

As far as Hermies, it's been my exp. that you don't have to worry too much until you get into your flower cycle. NO light whatsoever during 12 off cycle, lol
