Okay so I just defoliated this plant and wondering if it would be okay to flower out and still produce fine, kinda of a mainline but not quite as I still kept some growth, anyways what’s your guy’s/gal’s opinions?.
if it Will stretch a lot that’s fine I’m just wondering!!

reason I’m asking is becuase I have another plant next to it ready to flower out and I don’t really have the space or light to put it in another spot to continue vegging out
Thanks ahead of time for the responses!

I think it will only get about 1/5th the size of the big one. Maybe even less. But yeah you could flip to flower.

Would it still yield good, good for me is about an ounce a plant, or would I be better off letting it veg for a little more ?
Well depending on how much that big girl stretches it could be in quarter pound territory. An ounce. Maybe. Maybe less. Maybe more. All depends how much more it veges after the flip.

Okay Ima just wing it and flower it out, won’t ever know unless I do it. For research purposes and for future grows. Thanks very much for the response!!

Okay so now that’s it’s been a couple days it made it through is slight stunt/defoliation , would it be a good idea to send it to flower?, it’s first two sets of 5 set leaves are about to grow out, then the 7 set leaves are coming. Honestly considering it since my other plant is in it’s prime to get sent into flower.!!

also might try to let my plants stretch out more on my next grow , since I know my nodes are a little on the tighter side. Seeing that they are really short:-?

Personally id let it get a lot bigger but i understand your predicament with the larger plant. You could always take the pruners to the big plant and take some branches off to give the little girl time to catch up.

Thats exactly what I wanted to hear , I may just leave the all the main branches on there just cut off the lower growth, side branches and stuff like that, have 2 clones already but they seem to be dying but they were just placed into water 4days ago. But anyways thanks again really appreciate you replying!!

Yessir, had a problem with root aphids but was able to get them away by digging the plant out and taking the roots out carefully, and replacing the coco and some neem oil, even though i have no idea how to grow in coco I just say Fuckit since if u never do it you never learn, that’s why the smaller one is significantly smaller, but that’s what I like about growing. Getting really in there and doing things with the plants problems or not. But anyways I did what you said and I think it looks pretty good, also tied it down a bit!
