no. cheap leds wont do shit. the bare minimum you need is a 90 watt with all of the diodes being at least 2 watts preferably 3 watts. and yoou need it to be multi spectrumed with a 425-500nm and a 600-700 nm at least. this light pictured wont be good at all, maybe as side lighting, but thats it
