Would vegetative nutrients be useful during flowering?

I'm using Fox Farm Nutrients. My plants are about 4 weeks old but about 6 days into 12/12. I did not use any nutrients during 18-6 phase. I'm growing in 75% pro-mix and 25% perlite. I added nutrients for the first time last week. I used the Fox Farm feeding schedule and went with Week 5 since I just started 12/12.

I gave them Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. They've never received any Grow Big, which I'm assuming is more for vegetative. Should I add some Grow Big in with the BB and TB the next few feedings (like they suggest in week 7 to 8?

I use my veg food in a weak solution about every three feedings just to keep my nitrogen level acceptable especially if youre using dr hornsbys big bud as a supplement:mrgreen:

Ahhh... and I've NEVER given them any nitrogen-rich nutrients. I'm doing another feeding in a couple days. You think I should do what is recommended for Week 8 so that the Grow Big is included? I won't use the full concentrations.

high nitrogen in veg... high nitrogen levels also result in higher chance of females early in life... as well as higher moisture, low temp, and blue'r light :)

the answer is yes, on the occasion, give you plant some extra high N food. i would say every 2 high PK waterings, do one with your veg + flowering nutes. my flowering nutes already has decent N (since its inorganic), so if your doing organic, you may need more watering sessions with higher N

Just watered with about 2/3 recommended concentration of Tiger Bloom and Grow Big and 1/1 of Big Bloom.

A high nitrogen count will not shift back into veg,so give her a jolt .Not too high though id say 24n max.Shell be fine Bro :peace:

Just looked at the chart, even in veg that stuff doesnt supply but 6n I go 15-15-15 in veg.I see alot of nutes that are like that, the trick is too up the nitrogen in increments with a nitrogen supplement.I usually keep a box of general purpose miracle grow for a low N nutrient and only use the mg every now and thenThe foxfarm youre using is an excellent nute program And a steady diet of miracle grow will disrupt it.Use it or another nitrogen supplement just to get youre level up.
